Free shipping within India. Orders received before 1:30 pm will be dispatched on the same day, with delivery typically taking up to three business days. However, in exceptional cases, delivery may take longer.
For deliveries within India:

Products are typically shipped within 1 – 3 working days from the date of order placement, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. In the event of any delay due to natural calamities, customers will be informed in advance via their registered email address or phone number. Attivo is not liable for any delays caused by the Courier Company or postal authorities.

Products will be delivered to the address provided at the time of registration. Providing a mobile number aids in faster delivery; however, Attivo is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the address provided during registration.

Customers will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number once the product is shipped.

Currently, we do not facilitate international orders.

Attivo believes in assisting its customers to the fullest extent possible and thus has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process. Attivo does not accept cancellation requests for items that have already been used by the customer.
