Replacement Policy
Replacement requests will only be considered if made within 24 hours of receiving an order, or if the product is returned to us and thoroughly inspected.
Replacement can also be arranged if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory. If you believe the received product does not match the description on the site or your expectations, please notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
Returns Policy
If an error occurs on our part and cannot be rectified promptly, we will refund 100% of the product cost upon return.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of returning the item. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time required to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed upon by us. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions for returning the items promptly.

We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, goods must meet the following conditions:
- Purchased within the last 10 days.
- Returned in the original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Perishable goods or items with expired dates.
- Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Items inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of delivery or receipt of the returned goods.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
